Well the beer is on it's way, things are moving along just right. The temp is at 70 and the air lock is just a bubbling away. Can't wait to see how this all turns out.

First Batch of beer.....
Made 11/20/03 @ 5:00pm
7 pounds of Briess Bavarian Wheat (65%) Bulk
1 Ounce Cascade Hops - Leaf
1 Ounce Hallertauer Hops - Pellets
2 1/2 Gallons water
Boiled for total of 50 mins(time started after rolling boil)
Cooled wort with 5 pound bag of Ice and 3 gallons of water
pitched yeast (Liquid - Wyeast #3068 Wheinstephen Weizen ) at 60 degrees,
Used Sky Blue Cirtus vodka in Airlock
note....
Next time if as cold outside use the cold water first and add ice slowly, to get wort to 78 degrees.
